2014 Car of the Year: Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

Big wins for the Chevy brand today! Chevrolet's Corvette Stingray and Silverado were voted 2014 North American Car and Truck of the Year by a panel of automotive experts. The Corvette beat the Mazda3 for the title, while the Silverado beat the Jeep Cherokee and Acura MDX.

2014 Truck of the Year: Chevrolet Silverado

General Motors actually had six nominees, including the Cadillac CTS, Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, Chevy Impala, Chevy Silverado, GMC Sierra and Buick Encore.

Since the awards were created in 1994, GM has won 10 total awards. This year, we are thrilled to add the Silverado and Corvette Stingray to the list of winners.
